We stopped at this Jimmy Johns on our way through a cross-country drive from Wisconsin to Denver. It was a Sunday evening, and the Polar Vortex was blowing through. The sandwiches were tasty, the restaurant and bathrooms were clean, and the employees were friendly. But that is not the reason for this 5-star review. Unbeknownst to me, in my rush to get out of the vicious prairie wind and into the store, I had dropped my wallet in the parking lot. I was none the wiser until the next day when the manager of this store called me and said he had my wallet!! He had really gone out of his way to track me down, and he kindly sent my wallet back via mail freaky fast. I had it within the week. You're a life saver, sir. This is a business where the employees will go out of their way to help you out!!!!

The staff is always smiling and polite. I love the bread they use. The Italian Night Club is delicious. The only problem is sometimes they will deliver to my house and other times they say I'm out of delivery range. I prefer this over Subway any day.

This was the worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to. They gave me Two slices of ham on an 8 inch sub. I felt completely ripped off going here. Never going again.

Hit and miss. When I went in, the employees were nice, the food was what I expected. The second time, I ordered delivery. Sandwiches were prepared wrong. The delivery guy was nice though. Bummed me out that they didn't make the sandwich the way it was described on the menu, but it wasn't worth a phone call. Just missing some cucumbers. Overall, a pretty good experience.

I only pass through North Platte about once a year, and it's usually at a point in time where I need to grab a quick bite to eat. Typically I feel like this means eating a very unhealthy, bland meal. I'm also a newly minted almost vegan, so this added a second layer of perplexity to my mission for food in North Platte. The veggie sandwich at Jimmy Johns is probably the best vegetarian option in North Platte, sans mayo and cheese and add lots of hot peppers!
